We celebrated a company-wide event focused on empowerment, cross-collaboration, and practical growth on the one day Int’l Women’s Day
More than 70 female employees participated from all operation sites and we started the event with opening remarks and a thoughtful Q&A with our CEO, Hervé Peneau.
Ahead of ‘International Women’s Day’, we conducted a pre-event survey. Based on the results, we invited four managers highly respected by their colleagues to join us and share their stories.
Next, we officially kicked off our reverse-mentoring program: MZ employees will be mentors and pair up with senior colleagues. Five teams introduced what they’ll be working on together over the next six months.
To help everyone connect across teams, we played a bingo networking game. It was fun, light, and a great icebreaker.
We closed with a guest speaker session on personal finance plans, learning how to build a portfolio with the future in mind.
This event was a meaningful opportunity to promote diversity at Veolia Korea and to enhance communication and mutual understanding among employees.
