Veolia Korea, in partnership with Mastern Investment Management, is undertaking a pilot Energy Savings Guarantee Project at Pangyo Alpharium Tower, a prime office property with approximately 112,254 square meters of floor area.
The project aims to optimize the building’s energy use and reduce operating costs through on-site technical assessments and data-driven analysis. It is also expected to enhance the property’s sustainability and ESG performance, while supporting its response to global ESG frameworks and standards, including GRESB and LEED.
Mastern Investment Management and Woori Bank will support the implementation of the project by facilitating access to the property and sharing relevant energy and operational data. Based on the findings of the on-site assessment, Veolia Korea will implement an appropriate energy management solution. If the pilot achieves the performance indicators agreed upon in advance, the partners will consider expanding the model to other assets in Mastern Investment Management’s portfolio.
This collaboration combines Veolia’s expertise in environmental solutions with Mastern Investment Management’s capabilities in alternative investment and real estate asset management. The partners will continue to work together to support sustainable real estate operations and enhance long-term asset value.
