Veolia Hosts Eco-Film Screening on June 18

6월 18일, 베올리아 고객초청 영화시사회 개최

On June 18, Veolia Korea hosted a ”Eco-Film Screening" for its partners and customers as a special event at CGV Myeongdong, in partnership with the “23rd Seoul International Eco Film Festival” (SIEFF), organized by the Korea Green Foundation. To reflect on the value of biodiversity and share new inspiration with clients who love the environment and culture, both organizations collaborated closely on the entire process, from the initial event planning stages to the detailed program composition.

This year's event was particularly meaningful as it featured programs including a special awards ceremony co-hosted by the SIEFF, the French Embassy to Korea, and Veolia, to commemorate the 140th anniversary of diplomatic relations between South Korea and France.

The film screened at the event was <Whispers in the Woods (2025)>, the latest release by world-renowned wildlife photographer and film director Vincent Munier. The film was jointly selected by the 23rd SIEFF and Veolia through a rigorous screening process.

In his welcoming remarks, CEO Hervé PENEAU emphasized Veolia’s core vision, stating, “Veolia’s goal of ecological transformation cannot be achieved by Veolia alone. It is only possible through innovative partnerships and the active participation of our clients.”
